How did you started in this business? How did you make your first million?
I started in Real Estate on my journey to becoming a millionaire. I became a business partner initially to get things started and from there on things started moving forward for me. So, my biggest breakthrough happened when I was able to sell buildings and the commissions on them were amazingly great and hence that allowed me to become a millionaire. I was so inspired by the deal that I later got into Real Estate development too.
Where are you today and what have you accomplished?
As an international speaker, trainer, author, wealth and life coach and investor today my accomplishments are driven by what I have contributed to the world. I feel I am just getting started in helping make the world a better place and also help change lives of millions around us on this planet moving forward with The Unstoppable Millionaire Academy.
What is your biggest joy in life?
To know that I am living my life to the fullest regardless of what the circumstances are and to know that I live my life mostly loving what I do brings me tremendous joy.
What characteristics or traits do you believe successful people have in common?
A massively huge list of traits indeed. Some of these include:
Integrity, passion, self-discipline, self-driven, patience, optimism and communication. Moreover, successful people are willing to do what unsuccessful people do not do or will never do, this separates them apart from the rest.
What’s your definition of success?
A life lived with ultimate fulfillment is a successful life.
How do you keep yourself inspired & motivated?
I have my set of mentors and coaches who not only inspire me but challenge me to my next level of growth and they push me to do better and more and that to be is inspiration and motivation then just becomes a part of a daily life routine.
What do you do to keep expanding your mindset?
Innovation is the key for me, think outside the box, don’t take no for an answer when people’s lives are at stake and their growth is being questioned. To do so requires a growing mindset as the world we live in is growing tremendously.
What would you say to people just starting in their career if you try to influence and shape their professional path?
I would say start with a mentor and/or a coach. Don’t reinvent the wheel, learn from those who have been on that path and save yourself a decade or two of learning. Get results and get them immediately.
